Accessibility
Arizona Injury Answers aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We build the site with semantic HTML, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus indicators, descriptive link and image text, and readable color contrast.
Accessibility tools on this site
Every page includes a “Skip to main content” link as the first item you reach with the Tab key, and an accessibility button in the bottom-right corner labeled “Accessibility options.” That panel lets you:
- Increase or decrease text size
- Turn on high contrast mode
- Turn on grayscale mode
- Highlight links
- Switch to a readable system sans-serif font
- Stop animations and transitions
- Reset all of the above
Your choices are stored in your browser for the rest of your browsing session and apply to every page you visit. The site also respects your operating system’s “reduce motion” setting.
